We can confirm as of Sunday 31/07/2022 issues affecting the Broadband and Voice services in the Ulcombe and the surrounding areas are now resolved. If you continue to have any issues please contact us regarding.

We thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Openreach have identified a critical major incident in the area impacting multiple providers. This is due to intentional vandalism of infrastructure, and the police are involved.

Due to the current national industrial strike action taking place on the 29th of July and the 1st of August, Openreach have indicated that they will reintroduce the priority staircase used in the first COVID lockdown. This means NHS, Police and fire infrastructure will be prioritised for services to be restored during this period.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the incident and due to the ongoing strike action, we are unable to provide any estimates on time for services to be restored.

Please be assured we are working closely with Openreach to limit the impact this has on our customers and ensure service restoration.

We thank you for your continued patience and apologise for any inconvenience that these issues may be causing you.
